Liisa Thomas is a partner at the global law firm of Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, and co-lead of the firm’s Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice.
Liisa, who was born in Finland, and has lived in France, Egypt, and Spain, frequently coordinates global privacy matters for her clients. Clients value her knowledge of business systems outside of the US. With her help, clients are able to navigate thorny data breach disclosure issues, use emerging interactive advertising techniques, and create compliant security programs while effectively managing their legal risks.
